The FMT Super Former (SFM-serie) is especially designed for industrial processing of delicate food products. The heart of the machine is a moulding plate system which enables you to portion and form a wide range of products.
The product is given into a built-in hopper and fed to the filling passage through a push filling system. An innovative filling system then feeds the product into the moulding plate very carefully. The entirely mechanical machine processes the products carefully and precisely and enables a very stable production process even at low pressure. Through the operating panel you can easily control any process parameter by PLC.
Optional devices like different forming plates, doubler, ball rolling device, croquette extruding device and paper interleaver make the machine applicable for a wide range of products and product shapes. Forming plates can be changed very easily and rapidly.
The closed base enables easy and safe cleaning: all electrical and mechanical parts are well protected inside the machine.

The innovative FMT fryers have an efficient heating system, which together with the low volume saves energy compared to any other fryer. Continuous filtration is used to remove sediment during the frying process. The choice of a suitable filtration system is important, affecting both production costs and product quality.

To add the appetizing look of grill marks to one or both sides of a food product, the FMT GrillMarker is the answer. The GM-600 offers a high capacity, hygienic design, is easy to clean and very reliable. The FMT grill markers can be supplied with a belt width of 400, 600 and 1.000 mm. The machine can be combined with other FMT machines like for example continuous fryer , hot air oven, steam oven and contact cooker.
The new GM-600 grill marker is an innovative and versatile tool to enhance product experience. Due to their revolutionary flexible suspension and relatively small diameter, the upper marking rollers easily follow the shape of any product, resulting in an even and well spread grill marking pattern on the surface, without compromising product shape. Products don’t have to be flattened first. The GM-600 uses electrically heated rollers which enable grill marking on either one or both sides of the product. This machine has a compact design: easy cleaning and easily moveable on wheels. The GM-600 grill marker can be easily combined into full product lines with other FMT-machinery, like a continuous fryer, hot air oven, steam oven or contact cooker.

FMT machines come in linear or spiral configurations, all with built-in belt washing system.
The FMT Lineair hot air oven, type FHAF, heats your products by means of hot air steam. Due to the equal air flow and the multi-adjustable air speed the products will be carefully and equally heated over the complete belt width. Because of the exact dew point regulation the weight loss is reduced. All parameters like belt speed, air speed, humidity and temperature are controlled via PLC-control. Electric heating elements as well as thermal oil heating registers, steam heated registers and/or direct steam can be used for the energy supply.

PLC-control offers good grip on all process parameters like air speed, humidity, belt speed and temperature. Moreover, exact dew point regulation minimizes possible weight loss. For energy supply the machine can be fitted with electric heating elements, thermal oil heating registers, steam heating registers and/or direct steam.

FMT Contact Cookers can be used to grill a wide variety of products. They give the product the right colour, bite, flavour and texture. Contact cooking is a cooking technique using conduction heating. The product is transported through the machine by two belts which are in contact with the heating platens. The platens transfer the heat directly to the surface of the product through the Teflon belt.
