Pre-crushing is an essential process step if the feed material is too bulky for the actual granulator or if it first has to be coarsely broken up for sorting, visual inspection or checks. We use shredders, granulators, guillotines and hammer mills for pre-crushing.
Air Chillers designed and manufactured by TopChiller with cooling capacity from 1.65KW to 202KW and adjustable temperature control range 5℃ to 30℃。This kind of air chiller is equipped with branded Copeland, Danfoss, Sanyo or Panasonic Hermetic scroll compressors depending on detailed requirements.
Our SMF fine granulators and PU impact disc pulverizers have been developed for use in the fine grinding of plastic granulates and waste, and other soft to medium-hard materials. The final particle sizes to be achieved lie in the range of 0-1000 mm to 0-200 mm, depending on the type and configuration of the machines.
With wet shredders and washing granulators we wash and size reduce the material, separating out the coarser impurities in our pre-washing units. Our separation tanks and hydrocyclone steps separate different types of plastic according to their specific weight. In case of particularly stubborn contamination we use our hot washing.
In the case of extreme materials such as stretch film or foam materials, adequate drying by mechanical and thermal means is not possible without the use of high amounts of energy. The Herbold plastcompactor is a modern compacting machine offering the solution to this problem.
Tilting devices are used to empty collecting tanks directly into a granulator or shredder. For our SMR pipe granulators, we offer a tilting storage trough into which waste pipes can be placed as long as the feed device on the granulator is still working
